Thank you for supporting my work and my mission to help families feel seen, supported, and never alone. Below is my standard shipping policy for all book and product orders.
Processing Times
-Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
-During peak seasons (book launch weeks, holidays, or promotional periods), processing may take up to 5-7 business days.
-You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
I currently ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or Fedex, depending on the most efficient option at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:
-standard shipping 3-7 business days
-expedited shipping 2-3 business days
-priority shipping 1-2 business days

Shipping Rates
​
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout base upon:
-package weight
-destination
-preferred shipping speed

Local Pickup
​
If you are in Abilene, TX area, local pickup may be arranged for select orders. If available, the option will appear at checkout with instructions.

Order Tracking
​
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
​
I am committed to ensuring your order arrives safely.
-If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can make it right.
-If your package is lost or not delivered, please contact me and I will help open a claim with the carrier.
-Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside my control, but I will always assist you in resolving issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error, contact me immediately-- if I haven't shipped the order yet, I can update it.

Returns and Exchanges
​
Because books and digital products are time sensitive and easily damaged, all sales are final unless:
-your book arrives damaged
-you receive the wrong item
In those cases, I will send a free replacement.
