Thank you for supporting my work. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements are available for physical books and digital products.

1. All Sales Are Final
​
Because books and digital products are easily damaged, copied, or downloaded instantly, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
This applies to:

Physical books
-
Workbooks
-
Journals
-
Digital downloads (PDFs, guides, worksheets, templates)
-
Bundles of any of the above
However, I will always work with you to ensure you receive exactly what you purchased.

2. Damaged or Defective Books
​
If your book or physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To process a replacement, I’ll need:

Your order number
-
A photo of the damage
-
Your shipping address
I will send a replacement copy at no cost to you.

3. Incorrect Orders
​
If you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will immediately send you the correct item.
You may or may not need to return the incorrect item — I’ll let you know based on the situation.

4. Lost or Missing Packages
​
If your package never arrives:

Check the tracking number included in your shipping email.

Verify your shipping address on the order receipt.

Contact me if the carrier shows the package as stuck or undelivered.
I will help open a claim with the carrier.
Replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Downloads)
​
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all digital product purchases are non-refundable.
However, I will replace files that:

Failed to download
-
Were corrupted
-
Didn’t arrive in your inbox
Just email me with your order details.

6. Order Cancellations
​
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me immediately — if your order has not shipped yet, I can update it.

7. Exchanges
​
Exchanges are only offered for:

Damaged items

Defective items

Incorrect items
I do not offer exchanges for:

Preference changes

Accidental orders
