I strive to describe all items accurately, including book details, digital content, and pricing. However, product availability may change without notice and colors details, or imagery may differ slightly from what appears on your device. I reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

All prices listed are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. I accept payments through the methods shows at checkout. I reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.

4. Shipping

Shipping is handled according to my Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of my control, but I will assist you with any issues that arise.

5. Digital Products

Digital downloads (PDFs, guides, journals, checklists, etc.) are available immediately upon purchase.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:
-All digital sales are final
-You may download the file for personal use
-You may not share, redistribute, upload, or resell the digital products
-You may not edit, alter, or claim the content as your own

If a download does not work, please contact me and I will ensure you receive your product.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because books and digital products are easily damaged or replicated, all sales are final, except in the following cases:
-You receive the wrong item
-Your book arrived damaged
-A digital file was corrupted or inaccessible

In these cases, I will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All written content, product designs, book chapters, images, logos, guide materials, and digital files are the intellectual property of MADELINE HUTSON and Hutson Collective, LLC and are protected by copyright.
